Pedal Prix

Pedal Prix is a competition where teams race human powered vehicles on a closed circuit. Mannum Community College currently completes in the HPV Super Series with two recumbent tricycles at Loxton, Victoria Park and Murray Bridge. The events are staged by Australian International Pedal Prix inc. and they are designed to develop group teamwork, leadership, technological and engineering skills, enterprise skills, fitness and health.

Pedal Prix is a family event an involving the participation of parents, students, teachers and school support staff in a positive supportive environment. The program also has the backing of the wider school community with local businesses and individuals supporting the program through generous donations of goods and services.
