We may all be different fish but at Mannum Community College we swim in the same direction.

To work with the wider community to offer a challenging, school program that develops lifelong, resilient learners who have respect for themselves, others and the environment.

Student learning and wellbeing are our core business. We continually focus on improving in Numeracy, Literacy, Wellbeing by supporting and encouraging a growth mindset to enable our students to do their best in all aspects of their school life.

We value our links to the community with its unique environment, people, resources and profile within the Murray and Mallee area and beyond as a tourist hub for the state and nation.

Our Governing Council has a pivotal role in supporting and promoting school programs and works in partnership with staff and leadership to build strong school home partnerships and open lines of communication. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to develop strong links with their children’s teachers and site leaders

Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge the traditional owners throughout South Australia and we pay respect to the custodians of the land on which we live and learn. We respect their spiritual relationship with Country and acknowledge that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to those living today.

We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and we acknowledge the cultural authority of Aboriginal people visiting from other areas of South Australia and Australia.
